I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, and offer individualized care for adolescents, adults, and families.

My holistic approach in therapy integrates evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
